Recipe for Stout Mint, a mint chocolate stout:
Since I had just done a chocolate stout, I wanted to take this one in a different direction. So where Punch Drunk Love is a bit sour, thin, and fruity, I wanted this one to be chocolate cake all the way through. So this time I started with a heartier, sweeter, higher ABV recipe at the base, a clone of Southern Tier’s Mokah (I was not aware that the Choklat existed at the time, but it’s hard to imagine a beer more chocolatey than the Mokah).
(Edit: might help if I add the recipe, I’ll reproduce it here in full later)

I left out the coffee grounds and will be adding 30 grams spearmint and 4 grams peppermint by soaking them in vodka and adding them right before bottling.
The game in the background is from the first round of March(!) Madness. So we’ve been aging for a while now.
